…Clueless

My site here is hosted on a free host – jamroll.net. Even though they provide a usually flawless and wonderful service, they do suffer some hiccups. I’ve lost my databse a number of times and I never have the most recent backup. This time around, I had a pretty recent backup. I lost 6 posts but I somewhat recovered them from Google’s cache. The comments on these posts are gone. Infact, all comments after 21st Oct are gone.

From now on, its regular backups of the database. For now, you are free to kick me!!

1. LOST : I lost the database. Yes the database is the thing which holds all the posts here & on the forum. So I asked my host to just use an old database. The databse he had aws of Feb 17th. So… So, I lost nine members on the forum, some posts there, some posts here & [...]...
2. Check this out : What a funny sentence!! And in case you’re wondering where some posts and coments went… well my hosts lost their database and yours truly, Mr. Lazy (Smile Abhit, smile!!) didn’t have a backup. Kill me!!!...
3. Congrats… again! : Congratulations to Arjun and Tarannum for making it to NLS. Congratulations to Ankit and Pranshu for getting awesome ranks in AIEEE. Kick on the rear to Pranav Katyal who secured 91% in XII boards but did not prepare for AIEEE. Kick on the rear to Rahul Sarin who… who… who… what the fuck!!!...
4. I’m a free bird! : GGSIPU exam was OK. The way the exam was conducted was seriously stupid. Anyways, I won’t go into anymore details. Mum & Dad have left for Delhi today. So…. So that means I’m free to sit on the PC till 4 in the morning!!! I’m free to put on loud…louder…loudest music!!!! I’m free to roam [...]...
5. I’m lazy! : Well when I was coming back from my tuition, I saw this lil’ kid, naked, running on the road, not bothered bout anybody. His mother was running behind him, shouting, asking him to come back. Well I have never indulged in such behaviour. How can aybody actually walk out of their house & that too [...]...
