…Clueless

Well the title can be a lil’ misleading.

I don’t exactly hate Linkin Park. I have very little information regarding the band. Just heard a couple of songs when their first album came out. Liked only 1 or 2 songs.

The last song I liked was Numb / Encore with JayZ.
But then you must be asking, why the fuck do I hate Linkin Park? Well, I don’t hate them as such. I hate the fake fanboys. Those who don’t understand one bit of what those guys sing. They just learn the lyrics by heart or just the names of the songs & pretend as if they are the authority on these bands.
I’m just saying Linkin Park cuz it generalises everything, they’re very popular. There are other bands too. And I’m not sticking to a single genre. Its everywhere, for every genre.

I know a couple of such people who make complete fools out of themselves by trying to ape others. What the fuck is wrong with you guys?? Don’t you have confidence in yourselves?

The same thing happened with Eminem & 50 Cent. Some people don’t even know that its not 50 Cents its 50 Cent. But they roam about in their cars, turning the volume of the stereo to maximum…. playing 50 Cent – In Da Club. I don’t despise them for listening to an old track but why make fool outta yourselves when you don’t understand it. I know, I aint perfect but then, I don’t pretend to!!

The same thing happened with Panjabi MC’s – Mundian To Bach Ke. I used to listen to the track when it was not even popular… way back in 2000. But then, Boom happened. People who didn’t understand Punjabi started singing & actually thought they were better than us Punjabis who actually understood the lyrics.

Same happened to One Love by Blue. The list is endless…

In short… Linkin Park is good, so are the other bands. The fake fans, copycats are the ones who are bad.
I listen to all genres. Nothing in particular – Punjabi, Hindi, English even Arabic (exaggerating). But I don’t declare that I know them better than the others.

An example :
I have been like listening to Bon Jovi my entire life… since the time I was 4-5. But people who have just heard the single song Its My Life think that they know better than me. They might but they still can’t prove it. Fine, I don’t like Linkin Park, Maroon 5 & party all that much, doesn’t mean I’m a sucker!! I just wanna ask them so badly… do you even understand what they say?? I like… say… Kuldeep Manak, have you heard him sing? No comes the answer. But still, I am the sucker (that’s what they think). But still, I don’t give a fuck!! I won’t listen to something that I don’t like, do what you want to!!

Again I repeat, I’m not perfect. There’s this quote – Nobody is perfect… & I’m Nobody.

I’m not Nobody!! I’m Rahul… Uthfull. I suck, I’m a complete jackass!!

But still… I’m anyday better than you fake, pesky fanboys!!
