OK… I’m not gonna hit or slap anyone heya.
I just clicked some pictures of The Open Hand Monument at night some days back while it was illuminated because of the ongoing Chandigarh Heritage Festival. So Khanna, I and Anjum visited the place in the evening. Akshay was already there with his pals smoking. I regularly visit that place with Khanna n party. That’s where they smoke. And I always wonder, its such a high security zone… and you can do just about anything there… no one cares. Anyways… here is the picture after some noise reduction.
