WordPress team just resolved this problem, read this topic on wordpress forum http://wordpress.org/support/topic/278487 or just download this file http://core.trac.wordpress.org/export/11450/trunk/wp-includes/http.php and update it in your wordpress instalation, put it into wp-includes folder.
